This river glass necklace is a fragment of an R Whites bottle from the early 20th century. It probably contained lemonade or ginger beer.

Note that searching the foreshore of the Thames in any way is forbidden without the proper permits from the Port of London Authority.

Care

This item is made from glass or ceramic that I collected on the foreshore of the River Thames. Now, the River is cleaner than she's been for centuries, and I've given everything a good scrub in hot soapy, bleachy water but obviously ONLY A FOOL WOULD PUT THESE IN THEIR MOUTH.
